We will repair or replace any stone countertop that is in need of repair or replacement as a consequence of a defect in manufacture or installation, provided that the top was installed by us.

Our warranty does not cover the natural characteristics of natural stone. Please refer to our “Natural Stone Information Sheet” and/or the M.I.A. (Marble Institute of America) website. It also does not cover damage caused by occurrences that are outside of our control such as settlement, fire, or acts of nature.

Misuse due to chemical abuse such as oil stains, acids, etc., or physical abuse (i.e., excessive chipped edges, etc.) are not covered. We will be happy to repair or replace these for a nominal charge. Please also consult our “Natural Stone Information Sheet” for the expectations of softer stones like marble, travertine, limestone, onyx, etc., as these stones are not to be expected to perform like granite.

We do not cover scratching, staining, etching, etc., on these products.
